Pretty good write up, but they didn't point out that engine bars are a must, or that the headlights are probably the worst on any bike, making auxiliary lights a must as well :blink: NOT what I expected on a £10K bike :w00t:

...I can't find anything I like better though :P

According to MCN/Ride the 1150GS is the 8th worst bike for corrosion, according to owners' experiences.
I get the impression that BMW build quality is not up to Japanese standards.

Poor lights are an issue with many bikes. My Bandit12, CB1300 had poor lights. My GSXFs (600 and 750) had superb lights as does the XT.

Lucky I live in Cyprus then :D

We could debate that for a very looong time :unsure:

I was spoilt by my VFR, Having said that, my BMW1150 RT had excellent lights
