not really relevant to here I know but you never know...

we're looking for a general maintenance person for our base here in burgundy.

Profile?
manual ability (will be involved in all aspects of boat maintenance, woodwork, electricity, plumbing, mechanics etc etc...)
capable of working unsupervised to a high standard
mechanical ability / experience would be a Plus
Must speak english, any other languages a Plus (french, german)
driving licence
sense of humour...

Just to avoid wasting time, this is a french company & french wages are NOT what uk wages are (or were, it's been a long time...)

so far so good, he got stuck in Monday, knows far more about hydraulics than I do, works clean, good welder a fabricator (or good enough) & owns up when he screws up, which he did today, but he came & found me & said "I fucked up" 1 showed me where & why. Seems to fit in to the team ok, but we're a bloody funny bunch so I'll reserve judgement on that... Posted Image

but so far good, thanks Posted Image
