manual ability (will be involved in all aspects of boat maintenance, woodwork, electricity, plumbing, mechanics etc etc...)
capable of working unsupervised to a high standard
mechanical ability / experience would be a Plus
Must speak english, any other languages a Plus (french, german)
driving licence
sense of humour...

Just to avoid wasting time, this is a french company & french wages are NOT what uk wages are (or were, it's been a long time...)

so far so good, he got stuck in Monday, knows far more about hydraulics than I do, works clean, good welder a fabricator (or good enough) & owns up when he screws up, which he did today, but he came & found me & said "I fucked up" 1 showed me where & why. Seems to fit in to the team ok, but we're a bloody funny bunch so I'll reserve judgement on that...
